These are some very special, limited edition T-bone steaks! They are from the same steer as the Tomahawk Ribeyes - they are big and they are marbled!

The 22-30 oz steaks average 1 1/2" thick. The 32-40 oz steaks average 1 1/2" to 2 1/2" thick.

Farmer Dan Note: Each year we see a few of our steers develop into extraordinary cattle - they thrive on our pastures and gain weight faster than the rest of the herd. When they are processed, we check the quality of the beef to see if it's what we like to call "The Top 5%." If it is - and if it passes our own taste test - then we designate these steaks for the Heartstone Reserve Collection.
