ROBIN COREY’S MEATBALLS
This Is a tasty (and easy) recipe for meatballs from our good friend Robin Corey. Robin lives near us in Charleston. I call her the "Mayor of Charleston" because she's resourceful and always ready to lend us a hand. And she knows everybody! And did I mention she's an amazing cook? - FARMER DAN

1 lb Heartstone Farm 100% grassfed ground beef

1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 small onion finely chopped (1/4 cup)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 13" X 9" pan with PAM cooking spray.
2. Mix the Ingredients In a bowl and shape Into 1" balls.
3. Space them apart on the cooking pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Note: Should make 24 1/2" meatballs
