Please note: it is difficult to vacuum seal bones and many of our packages are not "air tight." This has no effect on bones and they are perfect safe and good to use in bone broth.
Please note: some of our packages of shank bones are labeled as Osso Buco. They are the same item - the shank bones are smaller than our usual Osso Buco.
