It's lean so for best results we recommend marinating it. It's a nice long cut so slice against the grain, arrange on a platter, and serve a hungry crowd.

    • Your meat is shipped frozen
    • We ship Monday-Thursday.
    • New England orders arrive the next day. Outside New England, orders arrive the second day.
