Ingredients: 2 tbsp vegetable oil; 1 lb Heartstone Farm fajita meat; 1 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper; 1 medium red bell pepper, washed, cored, and sliced; 1 medium yellow bell pepper. washed, cored, and sliced; 1 medium onion, peeled and thinly sliced; 2 tsp fajita seasoning (or make your own blend with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, coriander, oregano and black pepper); 8 flour tortillas; 1 cup sour cream; 1 cup salsa of your choice

Ingredients

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb Heartstone Farm fajita meat
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 medium red bell pepper, washed, cored, and sliced
1 medium yellow bell pepper. washed, cored, and sliced
1 medium onion, peeled and thinly sliced
2 tsp fajita seasoning (or make your own blend with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, coriander, oregano and black pepper)
8 flour tortillas
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa of your choice

Directions

Heat the oil in a large frying pan set over high heat until shimmering. Season the steak with salt and pepper and fry in the hot oil for 4 minutes, turning once
Add the peppers and onion, and continue to fry for 4 minutes, tossing occasionally. Add the fajita seasoning, stir well, reduce heat to medium, and cook for another 3 minutes
Meanwhile, heat a dry frying pan over medium-high until hot. Dry-fry the tortillas for 20-30 seconds per side, flipping once, until soft and warmed through
Fill with the beef and vegetables, and serve with the sour cream and salsa.
