Overnight in the refrigerator OR in a bowl of cool water on the counter for 1 hour.
Once defrosted how long will the ground beef be good in the refrigerator?
We recommend you use your ground beef within 2-3 days after it is thawed in your refrigerator.
What about the fat content of the ground beef?
Our ground beef averages 85/15 fat content. But It's important to recognize the difference between fat in grass fed beef and fat in factory-farmed grain-fed beef. Grass fed beef has a lot more omega-3 fatty acids and CLA, which are both linked to health benefits.
